Up until now there was no way to easily turn your 2009-2023 KTM\/Husqvarna 50 into a 60cc big bore. We all remember the 60cc kits for the old style motor but they didn’t work in the 2009 and newer motors. It was possible to do the conversion but that involved splitting the cases and doing case modifications. The new Nihilo \/ Wiseco piston kit is sized perfectly and will fit right in without cutting the cases. You will need Nihilo to bore and re-chrome your cylinder to the new 43.5mm size but once that's done it’s a simple matter of installing the new top end kit like you would a stock piston.
