The Nihilo Concepts Billet Aluminum Head is designed for the KTM, Husqvarna, and Gas Gas 85 models to improve cooling by increasing water volume. Also have option for 105’s all the way up to the 112cc Super Mini’s. (See Dropdown to select size.) It's a direct bolt-on replacement for the OEM head, which is made from cast aluminum and has a much smaller cooling jacket.
The billet aluminum used in the Nihilo head is stronger and more durable than the OEM's cast aluminum, which can warp under high temperatures.
This head is compatible with the OEM 85 dome, as well as two Nihilo domes—Top End and Mid to Low—which are sold separately. (Click Here and see dropdown For size) Installing this head will give you improved performance and a factory look, making it a perfect match for your modified motor.
